Mark has been in the electrical business since 1995. Working at every level, he has grown his knowledge from a service electrician, to a foreman, and then worked as a superintendent downtown Vancouver, managing a team of over 25 electricians. After his time as superintendent, Mark assumed a project manager/estimator position, eventually specializing in fire alarm. Fire alarm work required diligence and a special focus in order for projects to be successful; Mark enjoyed overseeing the challenges and creating solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
Mark joined Action Electric in October 2016 as General Manager. He was inspired by the Paladin team and the direction in which leadership envisioned for the brand. With a motivated team, his focus is now to ensure dedication to high-quality installations and a high standard of professionalism.
“My favourite part of the job is working with the people around me, learning together, and focusing on providing the best possible service to our customers. The goal is to do great work and watch our organization grow from this approach.”

John has worked in the electrical industry since 1998, when he gained experience in the area of retro fire alarm installations, as well as elevator modernizations. One of the many highlights of his career was working on the iconic Hotel Vancouver’s fire alarm upgrade, which was completed while the hotel remained fully functional and disturbance free. A unique skill John brings to the team is a deep understanding of the municipal requirements for fire alarm installations. Joining Action Electric in October 2016, John takes pride in providing customers with a high level of service and collaborating with the growing team.

Daniel has been working in the electrical industry since 2005. He started his career working on office and commercial projects before transitioning to heavy industrial. Daniel became a cross-shift foreman while working in Northern Alberta. During his time in the oil and gas sector, he learned the depth of large-scale projects and how to work through them during any condition. When he returned to BC, he worked on large-scale industrial projects before managing his own team at the Howe Sound Pulp and Paper Mill. Managing 18 electricians and 160 instruments in remote areas fine-tuned his adaptability as a manager.
